Booking & Appointments
How do I book a test?

Simply visit our Booking Page, select your preferred test or package, pick a date and time, and fill in your details. You’ll receive instant confirmation.

Yes, you can select more than one test or package during booking.

Currently, payments are made at our lab after your sample is collected. Online payment options will be introduced soon.

Before Your Test
Do I need to fast before my test?

Some tests, like Blood Sugar, Lipid Profile, and certain Hormone tests, require fasting. If fasting is required, you’ll be informed at booking.

Instructions vary depending on the test. For example, urine/stool tests may require clean sample collection, while others may require avoiding certain medications. Our team will guide you.

Results & Reports
How long will it take to get my results?

Most results are ready the same day. Specialized tests may take 24–72 hours.

Results are delivered securely via email or through our patient portal (for returning clients). You can also collect hard copies at the lab.

Yes, absolutely. All patient data and test results are handled with strict confidentiality.
